The development concept

Our first sampling brief combines tallow with jojoba seed oil and squalane, using beeswax to adjust firmness and handling. It follows the existing dark-jar and wood-look lid concept. The brief calls for no added honey, fragrance or essential oils at this stage.

Proposed pack size

50 g — development target; actual net fill will be confirmed from production samples.

Candidate INCI — not the final label order

Tallow, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Squalane, Cera Alba, Tocopherol.

Ingredient percentages, supplied ingredient blends and the final full ingredient declaration remain to be confirmed from the sampled formula.

Proposed directions

Warm a small amount between clean, dry fingertips, then apply a thin layer to the face or dry areas. Avoid the eye area. Keep water out of the jar and replace the lid after use.

Proposed cautions

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Keep out of reach of children.

Proposed storage

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Final packaging will include confirmed ingredients, net contents, responsible business details and applicable batch and date information. Business addresses, batch codes, shelf life and packaging dimensions will be set from the actual product and target market.

What we will evaluate before release

Sampling will examine firmness, graininess, oil separation, softening at different temperatures, ease of application and compatibility with the jar and seals. Actual fill weight, ingredient sourcing, microbiological risk and appropriate product safety will be assessed. A water-free concept does not itself establish microbiological safety.

Claim evidence plan

Any future moisturising, repair, grass-fed or purity claims will need relevant product or sourcing evidence. Such results are not yet available for this development preview.
